The paper entitled "Early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease: Magnetic hexagonal boron nitride-based immunosensor platform for total tau detection" has been published in Microchemical Journal. As part of the TÜBİTAK 2218 project led by Simge Er Zeybekler, we developed a magnetic hexagonal boron nitride-based immunosensor for detecting total Tau (T-Tau) protein, a key Alzheimer’s biomarker. The sensor showed high sensitivity (LOD: 0.39 pg/mL) and strong performance in artificial serum, offering a promising approach for early, minimally invasive diagnosis.
