I had the pleasure of serving on the PhD defense jury for Gizem Dilara Özdemir, after previously participating in her Thesis Monitoring Committee. Her doctoral thesis was truly impressive, reflecting a high level of scientific rigor and originality. I sincerely congratulate both Dr. Gizem Dilara Özdemir and her supervisor, Dr. Utku K. Ercan, for this outstanding work.

It was also a great pleasure to meet and exchange ideas with fellow jury members Dr. Ceyda Karakuş and Dr. Gizem Can Kaleli. The defense was an enriching academic experience, marked by constructive discussions and a positive scholarly atmosphere.

I wish Dr. Özdemir continued success in her academic career.
