I attended the Global Zero Waste Forum, held at Hilton Bomonti in İstanbul, which brought together key stakeholders advancing zero waste living and sustainable waste management at global, regional, and local levels. The forum highlighted the role of waste management in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and strengthening multilateral cooperation for climate action.

The event also provided a valuable opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with representatives from universities, as well as city leaders, practitioners, and civil society actors, fostering new connections and collaborative perspectives toward Zero Waste initiatives.
