The Quality Mentors Award Ceremony, organized through the collaboration of the Quality Coordination Office and the Corporate Communications Coordination Office of İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University, was held with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Saffet Köse. During the ceremony, plaques were presented to 40 quality mentors in recognition of their valuable contributions to the University’s quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. I was honored to be one of the quality mentors recognized at this meaningful ceremony. The event emphasized the importance of mentorship and collective effort in strengthening institutional quality culture.
